Before You Pay

The things people ask most often.

Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. Subscriber is a one-off 30-day term paid up front. Nothing is stored to charge you again — when the 30 days run out, access simply returns to Free until you buy another term.
Why can I only pay with crypto?
Card processing is disabled by our payment provider at the moment, not by us. Crypto here means Bitcoin, sent on-chain, and the price is the same either way. Card payments will come back as soon as we have a provider that will keep them on.
Do points expire, or reset when my plan ends?
Neither. Points are a separate balance from your plan: they carry over between subscription terms and stay on your account indefinitely. An unlocked collection is different — that is 30 days of access, and you renew it with points when it ends.
Can I get a refund?
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain, so we cannot reverse them. If a payment lands short, arrives twice or credits the wrong amount, contact support with your transaction hash and we will fix the balance manually.
