1. Who May Use The Site

You must be of legal age in your country to view adult material — 18 years at minimum, higher where local law requires it. By using SnapWins you confirm you meet that age. Access is your own responsibility: if this material is illegal where you are, do not continue.

2. Accounts

Some features need an account. When you register you agree to:

• Give a working email address — it is how we reset your password and reach you about payments.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Run one account per person. Extra accounts made to dodge limits or a ban may be removed.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in.

Password recovery works by emailed link. If you lose access to that mailbox we may not be able to return the account to you, because the email is the only proof of ownership we hold.

3. Points, Subscriptions And Payment

Points unlock individual collections. A subscription is a fixed 30-day term that does not renew automatically — nothing is stored to charge you again. Points and subscriptions are separate: points do not expire and survive the end of a term.

• Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay.
• Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain and cannot be reversed by us.
• If a payment arrives short, twice, or credits the wrong amount, contact support with your transaction hash and we will correct the balance by hand.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be cashed out.
• Charging back a payment or paying from stolen funds will close the account.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not do any of the following:

• Republish, resell or mirror archives you downloaded here.
• Share your account, or pass paid downloads to people who have not paid.
• Scrape the site, or use bots, scripts or automated downloaders against it.
• Work around the captcha, rate limits or any other protection.
• Upload or request material involving minors, or anything else illegal. This is absolute and there is no warning — the account goes.
• Attack, overload or probe the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

5. Content And Takedowns

Archives are collected from public and third-party sources; we do not claim ownership of them. If you hold the rights to something published here, or you are the person shown in it, send a request through DMCA Removal and we will take it down. Removals are permanent and we do not need a court order to act on a valid request.

6. Availability And Liability

The site is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it stays online, that a particular archive stays available, or that an external download link keeps working. Subscribers can ask us to restore dead links, but we cannot promise every file comes back. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site, and any claim is limited to what you paid us in the previous 30 days.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. For serious breaches — illegal material, payment fraud, attacks on the site — this happens without notice and without a refund of points or unused subscription time.

8. Changes

These terms may change as the site grows. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use SnapWins after that means you accept the new version.
